ZONING

Searchable database includes automated map, eliminating the need to store and retrieve zoning documents. (price includes up to two zones, $250 per additional zone)

EVENTS ($2,500)
Detailed online web-based event calendar, ideal for notifying citizens of board meetings, city hall meetings, and any other event to be shared with community citizens. Reduces communication traffic between the public and government offices. Generic questions can be answered by simply visiting your website.

BUSINESS DIRECTORY ($2,000)
Creates an inclusive online directory of businesses. Business owners can edit and update their own listings, saving the time and effort of creating and updating any existing directory

LICENSE MANAGER ($3,000)
Increase response time and efficiency within the licensing and permitting department. Reduce or eliminate all paperwork involved, saving the cost of storing and retrieving these documents, as well as paper and printing costs.

ALDERMAN/WARD SEARCH ($1,500)
Searchable database based upon citizen’s address, automatically finds their location-specific alderman or ward number.

NATURAL DISASTER ALERT ($1,500)
Detailed online web-based event calendar, ideal for notifying citizens of board meetings, city hall meetings, and any other event to be shared with community citizens. Reduces communication traffic between the public and government offices. Generic questions can be answered by simply visiting your website.

GEOGRAPHIC ALERT ($2,500)
Ideal for emergency situations, in which citizens should be alert of advised precautions. Also serves as area-specific notification system for any situation deemed important by local officials.

MERCURY 2.0 ($2,000)
Blast email system, which allows for the sending of an unlimited amount of emails simultaneously, and can designate citizens into certain groups based upon the area in which they live.

HUMAN ASSET MAP ($2,000)
Tracks important people via GPS signal. (Requires permission of individual being tracked). Saving time and monitoring labor costs has never been easier! Ensure safety of government official or other high-profile individuals that require increased security and/or location monitoring. $500 each additional device.

BILL PAY ($1,000)
Provides citizens the ability to pay public works payments via the internet, saving postage and paper.

TICKET PAY ($1,000)
Provides citizens the ability to pay traffic tickets or other related fines via the internet, saving postage and paper.

CITIZEN REQUEST TRACKING ($3,000)
Two-way communication system, in which a citizens request is sent to the appropriate department and placed on a virtual map. City government employees can communicate to citizens and update them on progress pertaining to their request.

SIGN MANAGEMENT ($2,500)
Tracks inventory of all city street and park signing equipment.
